1) What EtherForge Is

EtherForge is a Factory–Battle Hybrid on Solana. Build ValorForge and MonstroForge, refine Ether Cores into Heroes/Monsters, and fight 5v5 in the ETHER ARENA. The in-game economy revolves around $GENESIS and various sinks (upgrades, repairs, crafting).

2) Who Can Play

• For personal entertainment only.

• If you’re under the age of majority where you live, play with a parent/guardian’s permission.

• You’re responsible for following your local laws and platform rules.

3) Accounts & Login Security

• One player ↔ one account; no selling, renting, gifting, or sharing accounts.

• Keep credentials private. If you suspect compromise, change your password and contact Discord #support immediately.

• We may reclaim names that impersonate others, break guidelines, or cause confusion.

4) Wallets & On-Chain Basics

• Some units/items are on-chain assets. You control them with your wallet.

• Never share your seed phrase or private keys. EtherForge staff will never ask for them.

• Use only official, announced channels to mint/trade; off-platform deals are your risk.

5) Virtual Items, Currency & Value

• Purchases and digital actions (e.g., upgrades, Egg opens, rerolls) are non-refundable.

• Prices, droprates, and rewards may change for balance or stability.

• We may add/remove sinks to keep the economy healthy.

• Attempting chargebacks or payment fraud can result in account restrictions or bans.

6) Factory Rules (Core Loop)

• Build ValorForge (Heroes) / MonstroForge (Monsters).

• Each machine mints exactly one unit in its lifetime.

• Machines and units can be upgraded using $GENESIS and other resources.

• Maintenance, repairs, or cooldowns may apply (subject to tuning).

7) Combat, Elements & Match Integrity

• Battles are 5v5.

• Each round uses element selection with an asymmetric rock–paper–scissors lattice (counters boost damage/mitigation; mirrors draw).

• Read, choose, reveal, resolve—mind games and comeback windows are part of the design.

• Match integrity: no AFK, intentional feeding, win-trading, collusion, griefing, or stall abuse.

Easy explainer: Choose together. Reveal together. Counter them to deal more and take less; get countered and you trade worse.

8) Fair Play & Anti-Cheat

Strictly forbidden:

• Cheats, hacks, macros, auto-clickers, bots, memory editors, unauthorized emulators/mods, network tampering.

• File edits, packet injection, or exploiting bugs/glitches for advantage.

• Account sharing/boosting, rank manipulation, or any form of win trading.

Consequences: rollback/asset removal, rank resets, temporary suspensions, permanent bans, or access limits to certain features.

9) Ranked, Seasons, Rooms & SOL Wagers

• Ranked uses ELO and Seasonal leaderboards.

• Custom Rooms let you play with friends/communities.

• SOL wagers (if enabled) are optional, region-dependent, and may be capped, paused, or disabled at any time.

• You’re responsible for ensuring wagers are legal where you live.

10) Economy, Balance & Live Ops

• EtherForge is a live service. We will tune stats, skills, elements, rewards, and sinks to protect the meta and economy.

• We may deploy hotfixes without advance notice for exploits, stability, or competitive fairness.

• We can revoke ill-gotten gains (items, currency, ranks) acquired via exploits or ToU violations.

11) Names, Chat & Community Conduct

• Keep names, bios, chat, and emotes respectful.

• Not allowed: harassment, hate speech, threats, sexual content, extreme violence, doxxing, impersonation, or spam.

• We may mute, hide, or remove offending content and restrict chat access.

12) UGC, Streaming & Fan-Works

• You may stream, create videos, and make fan-art about EtherForge.

• Do not sell or mint game art/assets as merchandise/NFTs without written permission.

• Do not imply an official partnership unless we’ve confirmed it publicly.

• Please credit: “Game: EtherForge.”

13) Events, Quests & Referrals

• Event rules, quest rewards, and referral bonuses may vary by region/time and can be updated or retired.

• We may invalidate progress gained through exploits or rule evasion.

14) Moderation, Penalties & Appeals

• Typical ladder: warning → temporary suspension → permanent ban (severity may skip steps).

• Alt accounts used to evade penalties will also be restricted.

• To appeal, open a ticket on Discord #support with: Player ID, summary, timestamp(s), and evidence (screenshots/video). We review in good faith; decisions aim to protect competitive integrity.

15) Availability, Maintenance & Bugs

• Downtime may occur for patches, chain congestion, provider outages, or emergencies.

• Report bugs via Discord #support. Abusing a bug instead of reporting it can lead to penalties.

• We may throttle features if load threatens stability or fairness.

16) Safety & Fraud Prevention

• Beware phishing. Only trust links from official announcements.

• We will never DM you asking for private keys, seed phrases, or full KYC files.

• Impersonating staff or running fake “giveaways/support” is a bannable offense and may be reported to platforms.

17) Third-Party Services

• Wallets, marketplaces, RPCs, analytics, and payment providers are third-party. They have their own terms; using them is your choice and responsibility.

• We’re not responsible for outages, losses, or issues caused by third-party tools you choose to use.

18) Intellectual Property

• EtherForge game code, art, sounds, characters, names, logos, and effects are protected IP.

• Limited permission for fan-content is above; anything beyond that needs written approval.

19) Privacy

• Data collection and processing are described in the EtherForge Privacy Policy (see website).

• Review it to understand your rights and controls.

20) Changes to These Terms

• We may update these Terms to reflect new features, balance, or policies.

• Continued play means you accept the latest version. We’ll highlight major changes in our channels.

21) Regional Access & Sanctions

• You must confirm you are not from any restricted or sanctioned country before accessing the game or certain features.

• Restricted list (subject to change): Cuba (CU), Iran (IR), North Korea (KP), Russia (RU), Syria (SY), United States (US), Vietnam (VN).

• This game content is currently restricted in your region.

  Due to regional licensing agreements, local regulations, or international export restrictions, access to the game or specific features may not be permitted from your current location.

• We may use IP geolocation and compliance checks to determine availability; accuracy can vary.

• Do not use VPNs, proxies, or other methods to bypass regional restrictions—doing so violates these Terms and may lead to account action.

• Even where the base game is accessible, some features (e.g., wagers, marketplace, token transfers) may be disabled in certain regions.
